"Paper or Plastic?"

Neither.

I do believe the little things can make a difference. In fact, they're often the best way to start making a difference. So, I think I may be buying a few cloth bags for myself and my parents sometime soon...

I think somebody needs to listen to George Carlin's "The Planet is Fine" again!

"Save the whales, save those snails!"

I checked out George Carlin's bit and found it pretty funny. The "Save the Planet" slogan certainly sounds ridiculous when taken too literally.

However, while I can't be sure what Carlin's ultimate intentions are, I really hope he's not seriously trying to suggest that environmental issues aren't important.

I read this after my comment to Holly, while walking through the isles of Giant Eagle, that boycotting is superfluous. Aside from expressing one's views, it will never work. extremely unfortunate, of course! Is it true?
